because of the mangrove swamp around it attracts
lots of fish to breed there.
Fish rearing in cage is also present here.
Not far away at Kampung Orang Asli there is a nice and scenic wooden jetty
used by the now settled sea nomads or orang laut
who onces upon a time lives their nomadic life on a boat.

Yah! Me too,my mum's house in Kuantan is just a stonethrow from a mangrove swamp.
