Telok Gadung Beach

Teluk Gadung beach is at the far end of the almost
10km long beach front beside Dungun
nearby the local UITM campus.
It once had a very nice plank walk across the lake
which is actually the river mouth of Sura River to the hills nearby
which i think offers a much beautiful view of the area
but the whole structure had since collapsed.
It'll be nice if the authorities can build a new one with concrete
as it will add value to the area.
Tourism Terengganu

Like usual  most of the beaches here are too dangerous for swimming
as it's deep and  it doesn't recede much even on low tide
unlike places further south like Cherating or TC in Kuantan

  2. I adore the way you click the clouds....and the photos are just beautiful esp the 3rd ones...the beach appears to be isolated, quiet...left to nature and the endless motion of the waves crashing against the shore :)

  3. Thomas,

beautiful sceneries, ye lah, the tourism should take action to preserve it.

I'll go there one day cos now as usual we'd rush back to our hometown in KT, hehe..

The beach that we normally go is the Pantai Batu Burok, have you been there? not suitable for swimming thou..

  5. wow. Didn't know Terengganu has quite a number of beautiful beaches. My excitement to cover the west part of the Msian penisular has intensified as I read more about places that I didn't know exist. Thanks for sharing this Thomas.

  16. Jeragang,
    nice photos you took there,
somehow either nature or human have to clear
the river mouth or else it might flood
    this coming monsoon.
