A morning at Batu Hitam Beach
which is about 11km from Kuantan
famous for its black rocks.
This is a post for fellow blogger Jeragang
after a few request and that he misses the beach so much.
A watch tower in the background.
A seat to enjoy the nice scenery.
Nostalgic shots of my mum on the same beach in 1957.

ReplyDeleteYah,it's taken on the same beach,
in those days before they build the Kuantan port
and Gebeng Industrial Area the rocks are full of
living oyster, now nothing alive can be found there
and with the impending startup of the Lynas Rare Earth, the future is bleak
