Sunset to dusk at Patau-Patau Dua

An evening at Kampung Air Patau-Patau Dua,
one of four traditional village on stilts in Labuan,
the others are Patau-Patau Satu,Ranca-Ranca
and Kampung Bebuloh Laut.
The villagers are mostly malay of Brunei descent
is said to have started the village in the 1930s.

No sign of the village here in this 1951 photo taken from an RAAF's unit,
it was probably at the bay nearby and could have shifted to the present location after reclamation works block off their access to the sea
or it could be too small to be seen by air then.

    I like that sunset/cloudy sky photos. The other night I went out to capture the lunar eclipse (thou couldn't see it from my area), found lovely skies instead but didn't manage to capture it..I need the practice indeed.

    labuan memang tempat bersih dan cantik.saya pernah berkhidmat di sana selama 4 tahun
