PD Pillbox

Port Dickson Pillbox at Purnama Beach,
situated in the compound of an old colonial beach front bungalow
which probably dates back to the early part of last century.
The million dollar question is,
who,when and why it's build
or is it just a replica?

    pillbox looks steady and intact.
    BTW Lok Kawi army camp is currently building pillboxes of sort in anticipation of terrorist attack from sea.

    Nice looking beach there. Had been to Tanjung Tuan few years back but didn't know there's such a historical site at the beach.
