Serenity at Taiping Lake Gardens

As calm as Taiping Lake Gardens, some says.
A public garden established in 1880,the first in Malaya,
on an ex-mining ground donated by Chung Thye Phin
a wealthy tin miner.

    2. Thomas,
Xpasti 'rumah rakit' tu ade lg, dulu pernah bawa anak-anak singgah 'berayun' kat chalet D'rakit, kini dah xde...sayang sekali!.
Saya suka dok kat atas bukit 'rest house' merah tu. Nak lihat 'hasil tangan' thomas kalau dok atas bukit, sebab sy rasa thomas xbrapa suka 'bukit & hutan'....he..he..xperlu layan this request.

  7. The lake garden looks beautiful but seem quiet. Is this place frequented by visitors?

  8. beautiful place this is. too bad i didn't get to explore more than i should when I went there last time. I only ran across it while joining the Taiping international marathon. i was especially charmed by the trees that seem to have aged hundreds of years.
