about their most expensive procession of the moment,
a transistor radio and their passion for song
for Taiwan's songbird,Teresa Teng.

Pristine Batu Payung

A pristine and quiet beach of Kampung Batu Payung of Tawau,Sabah
once famous for the umbrella or rather mushroom shaped rock
which was said to have broken off sometime before world war 2.

Find of the day,a heart shaped rock.

The other attraction nearby is the turtle rock.

Mr Sabturani,
our volunteer caretaker of the area
and many other attractions around Tawau
spending his retired days giving service to society.
