Visiting the jetties of Tanjung Selangor
not far from the royal town of Pekan
on a gloomy day when a storm is on the way.
An old concrete jetty and a floating one
probably meant for a fish rearing project.
Cranes busy working on a bridge across the Pahang Tua River
which will bring life to this once dead end road.
As it was about to pour.
Abandoned wooden fishing boats litter the river side.
Wooden boat like this will soon be a museum piece
with most going for lighter fiberglass ones.
An abandoned floating hut most probably from the fish rearing project.
I didn't expect to find the same species of giant pedada mangrove tree(Sonneratia Alba) here
which were bountiful at the mangrove swamp of Tanjung Pedada in Mukah.
