Morning walk around Tawau

An early morning walk for a sunrise at Traulsen Drive
followed by a visit to the Belfry Bell Tower
and Indonesia Malaysia Confrontation Memorial.

The Belfry Bell Tower build
to commemorate the end of world war 1 back in 1921
with it's bell missing since WW2.















The Sabah Ports building.



The Indonesia Malaysia Confrontation Memorial
something that happen way back in 1963 to 1966
with a bronze statue  of a soldier
armed with something like a Sterling submachine gun
with it's folding stock missing
and in the process of throwing a hand grenade.
