Our short visit to the Tawau Hills Park,
not far away from the Sabah's east coast town of Tawau.
A park almost surrounded by palm oil plantation
which is an overdone thing, very soon we in the whole of Malaysia
will be regretting our actions for destroying these virgin jungles
here and at every corner of the country, losing our water catchment area,
biodiversity and wildlife plus creating a host of social problem
from the few million foreign workers to work in it.
Our favourite shutdown crew Jemat taking a rest.
Our Iban friends,Peter,Andrew,Jefferyand Jemat, definitely felt at home in the park looking at their faces.
A group photo by the former record holder.
At 88.32 meters, the secong tallest tropical tree in the world(2017).
Table waterfalls at the entrance of the park.
