Bintulu-Our trip to Sibu

The five of us went for a day trip to Sibu just to look around
and as for Edward since he is local here,
there wouldn't be much to see for him except his relatives.
The journey took more than 3 hours by a rented urvan with stops at Tatau,Selangau and Stapang Town.



Basri,Haji Khalid,Edward and Durai by the Rajang Riverside Esplanade,
the Rajang River, at 770km is the longest in Malaysia.

We then went to Bukit Aup Jubilee Park passing by the Sg Merah,

the rivers looks redish indeed.

It was raining when we arrive so i didn't take much photo,

anyway i managed to go up to the top where people say that there is a grave of an old Iban warrior,

i heard many people went there just to make a wish.

The newest and biggest Buddhist temple,The Yu Lung San Tien En Si Temple at Km26 Sibu-Bintulu Road cost RM60 million to build is dedicated to bringing together three faiths -- Buddhism, Taoism and Confucianism.
