Early morning of a very hot day by the old Penang Bridge,
soon we will have another of similar design
when the Batu Kawan to Batu Maung Second Bridge is open.













The sky is not what i hope to see
but never the less it's still another god's gift.

The Penang Bridge which was once dubbed a white elephant when is was first opened in 1985
is today the life line of the fast developing Penang island.
The bridge at 13.5km, is one of the longest in the region
but it will be overtaken by a longer 24km Penang Second Bridge
in a few years time.

Under this bridge lies the 132kv electric cables dubbed the artery of Penang
from the mainland to the island.
