ended up in a 30 minutes boat ride to Pulau Ketam for me and Winsomjit.
It cost RM7 per person one way for a very comfortable ride in an airconditioned
ex-Sarawak express boat.(Or retired boat)
To board is quite dangerous if weather is bad,
i wonder why can't they design somesort of aero bridge like those used at the airport where it will be safer
where you will walk straight into the boat.

The people on the island loves their late Sultan Salahuddin very much,
his royal highness use to cycle around the island
in a chopper bicycle those days.

even dogs have to answer their call of nature on it.

it must have been a total change of habit for the islanders.
I wonder who is the great one who motivated them.
The Plaque on the island's old telecoms exchange opened in 1963
